2. Basic Characteristics of the Product

The name, content, volume, usage information, selling price, quantity, and basic characteristics of the product subject to the order are shown on the product page and the order summary screen. The current content declaration on the product packaging is taken as basis.

3. Price, Tax, and Additional Charges

Product prices include VAT unless otherwise explicitly stated. Shipping costs, discounts, and other charges, if any, are shown in the cart and at the checkout step before the consumer confirms the order. No additional charge not explicitly shown beforehand will be requested from the consumer.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at the payment step. The payment process is carried out via the Shopify infrastructure and selected payment institutions. Card information is not directly stored by Pielurd.

5. Delivery

Delivery address, shipping method, estimated time, and cost are shown before the order. Unless otherwise agreed, the legal delivery period for sales of goods does not exceed thirty days. If the fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the consumer will be informed via a permanent data carrier, and the collected amounts will be refunded within the periods stipulated by law.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within fourteen days from the date of receiving the goods. The withdrawal notification can be sent by e-mail to info@pielurd.com or by another written method that qualifies as a permanent data carrier. Notification by phone alone is not considered sufficient.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the consumer returns the product within ten days; the seller refunds the appropriate amounts collected within fourteen days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, in a manner appropriate to the payment instrument used at the time of purchase.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products whose packaging, tape, seal, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This exception does not negate legal rights regarding defective or faulty products. The nature of the product and the condition of the protective element are evaluated separately for each application.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Requests can be sent to info@pielurd.com. The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in their place of residence or where the transaction was made, within the monetary limits declared for the relevant year; in other cases, they may apply to the Consumer Court.

9. Order Confirmation

Clicking the "Proceed to Payment", "Complete Order", or equivalent button signifies that the order incurs a payment obligation. The order summary, this form, and the distance sales agreement are integral parts of the order.
