Data Subject Request

1. Right to Apply

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to the data controller LATELİER ALBA KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

2. Application Methods

• Written application: To Abdurrahmangazi Mahallesi, Sevenler Caddesi, Sinpaş Lagün Evleri 6EA24 Blok No: 6 EA24 İç Kapı No: 1, Sancaktepe / İstanbul, with the phrase “Personal Data Application” on the envelope.
• E-mail: To info@pielurd.com from your e-mail address previously registered in the Company systems, by writing “KVKK Application” in the subject field.
• Other methods accepted in legislation: Secure electronic signature, mobile signature, KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) or other relevant channels providing identity verification.

3. Information to be included in the application

• Name, surname and signature (for written applications).
• Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or ID number if available.
• Address for notification, e-mail address and telephone number.
• Clear and detailed explanation of the request.
• Information and documents supporting the request, if any.

Only necessary information is requested for identity verification. Do not send special category or unnecessary documents via e-mail.

4. Application topics

Requests can be submitted to learn whether your data is processed; to obtain information about the purposes of processing and the parties to whom it is transferred; rectification; erasure/destruction if the conditions are met; notification to third parties; objection to the result of automated analysis and compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

5. Response time and fee

The application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

6. Response method

The response will be sent through the written or electronic channel chosen in the application and whose identity can be verified. If the request is rejected, the reason will be explained.

7. Complaint to the Board

In case of rejection of the application, insufficient response or no response within the specified period, there is a right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within the time and conditions specified in the KVKK.
