Cancellation, Return, and Withdrawal Policy

1. Order cancellation

Before the order is shipped, a cancellation request can be sent to info@pielurd.com with the order number. If the order has been prepared or handed over to the carrier, the process may turn into a withdrawal/return process.

2. Right of withdrawal period

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal without stating any reason within fourteen days from the date of receiving the product. Notification is made by e-mail or a permanent data carrier. Including the name-surname, order number, product to be returned, and a clear statement of withdrawal in the application speeds up the process.

3. Returning the product

After the withdrawal notification is sent, the product must be returned within ten days. The return carrier and address will be shared in the written response to the application. The standard return cost for items covered by withdrawal, when sent by the method specified by the seller, is not charged to the consumer.

4. Condition of the product

The product must be securely packaged with its packaging, invoice, samples or promotions, and any accessories. The consumer should only inspect the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

5. Cosmetic and hygiene exception

If the protective packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after delivery and the return of the product is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised under the exception in the legislation. Each application is evaluated considering the nature of the product and the condition of the protective element. This provision does not limit legal rights regarding defective, broken, damaged, or incorrectly sent products.

6. Refund

Within fourteen days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches Pielurd, a refund will be made in accordance with the legislation, using the payment method used during the purchase, and without any additional cost to the consumer. The time it takes for the bank or payment institution to reflect the amount to the account may vary and is beyond Pielurd's control.

7. Damaged, missing or incorrect product

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is recommended to have a report drawn up by the carrier if possible. The order number, product and packaging photos should be sent to info@pielurd.com. In case of a defective product, the consumer reserves legal optional rights such as a refund, price reduction, free repair, or replacement with a non-defective equivalent if possible.

8. Non-returnable items

Except for the exceptions in the legislation, clearly personalized products, quickly perishable products, and goods that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons due to the protective element being opened cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
