Commercial Electronic Message and Marketing Permission

1. Scope of Consent

With your explicit consent, Pielurd may send product, campaign, discount, event, content, and customer experience communications via your chosen email, SMS, or call channels. Service messages such as order, security, payment, and delivery may be sent independently of marketing consent, as part of contract performance or legal obligation.

2. Obtaining Consent

Marketing consent is obtained through a separate and explicit preference, not pre-checked. Entering only an email address for the newsletter does not imply SMS or call consent if the checkbox is not also selected. The consent record may include the communication address, channel, date, source, and the version of the text used.

3. İYS (Message Management System)

Commercial electronic message consents and rejections may be recorded in the Message Management System (İYS) within the scope of applicable legislation. Users can also view and change their preferences via İYS.

4. Right to Refuse

You can withdraw your consent through the unsubscribe/rejection method in every marketing communication, via İYS, or by applying to info@pielurd.com. A rejection notification stops marketing communications; it does not affect mandatory notifications related to orders and services.

5. Data Processing

Communication and consent records may be processed for the purpose of proving consent, managing preferences, and executing campaigns; they may be shared to the necessary extent with authorized İYS service providers and message sending services.
